- Annotation: A numerical model of heat transfer in the “human – clothing – environment” system under wind conditions is presented. It was used to study the nature of heat transfer in the I climatic region of the Russian Federation under the combined effect of low temperatures and wind. The conditions for the destruction of the boundary layer on the surface of clothing, as well as the nature of the change in the intensity of heat exchange between a person and the environment, are established.
