Typescripts that have not been previously published and sent to the editors of other journals are accepted for publication in the journal.
Articles are accepted by the editorial board throughout the year.
The journal does not pay royalties. Published papers are freely accessible on the journal's site.

To submit an article to the editorial board, please use the Submit an Article service. After filling in all the fields one should read the licence terms and put a tick in the appropriate box to agree with the terms of publication, then attach the article in *doc (*docx) format as well as a *PDF file designed strictly according to the requirements of the journal, to the form sent to the editors.
Within a week, the article will be reviewed for compliance with all the formalities, after which the author will be sent an answer of sending the article for review.
